Terms and Conditions

Effective from 3 November 2026

These terms govern the purchase of tickets through ticketboom.cz and the relationship between the website operator, event organizers and customers.

1. Operator

The website ticketboom.cz is operated by Tickethill s.r.o., with its registered office at Modenská 663/5, 109 00 Praha 10 - Horní Měcholupy, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 23740302, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 432119 (the “operator”).

Contact: tboom@ticketboom.cz, +420 704 331 126.

2. Operator and Organizer

The operator sells tickets in the name and on behalf of the event organizer. The organizer is responsible for holding the event, its programme, course and entry conditions (house rules).

For some events we refer you to an external ticketing partner. Such purchases are governed by that partner’s terms.

3. User Account

You need an account to buy tickets. You can sign in with a one-time code sent by email or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for keeping others out of your account. You can delete your account at any time in My profile.

4. Ordering and Conclusion of the Contract

On the event page you choose a date and seats on the seating plan. We hold the selected seats for 15 minutes; if you do not pay within that time, the seats are released to other customers.

The ticket purchase contract is concluded when the payment succeeds. We send the order confirmation and tickets to the email address in your account.

5. Price and Payment

Ticket prices are stated in Czech crowns and are final, including VAT where applicable. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

6. Ticket Delivery and Validity

We email your electronic ticket as a PDF right after payment, and you can also find it in My tickets. You can show it on your phone or as a printout at the entrance.

Each ticket has a unique code valid for a single entry. Do not copy or share your ticket: the first ticket presented at the entrance is the valid one. If you voluntarily leave the controlled area of the event, the ticket becomes invalid unless the organizer decides otherwise.

7. Withdrawal from the Contract

Under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, you cannot withdraw from a ticket purchase within 14 days, because it is a leisure service provided on a specific date. Purchased tickets therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the cases described on the Refunds and Complaints page.

8. Cancelled or Postponed Events

If the organizer cancels the event, we refund the ticket price. If the event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. See the Refunds and Complaints page for details.

9. Complaints

If your ticket did not arrive, cannot be read or contains incorrect details, email tboom@ticketboom.cz with your order number. We will handle your complaint without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving it.

10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

If we cannot settle a dispute by agreement, as a consumer you can file a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, www.coi.cz). The Czech Trade Inspection Authority also supervises compliance with consumer protection law.

11. Personal Data

How we process your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The operator may change these terms; each purchase is governed by the version in effect at the time of the order.
