This policy explains how TicketBoom collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our ticketing platform.
We collect the data you provide when creating an account and buying tickets: name, email address, phone number and order details. Payment data is processed exclusively by our payment provider Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
We use your data to process orders, deliver tickets by email, provide customer support and send important information about your orders. With your consent we may send you information about upcoming events.
We share data only with processors necessary to run the service (payments via Stripe, email delivery, seating management) and with event organizers to the extent needed for event entry. We do not sell your data.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to withdraw consent to processing. You can send a request to tboom@ticketboom.cz.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Access is restricted to authorized staff and transfers are encrypted.
