Refunds and Complaints

Effective from 3 November 2026

When we refund tickets and what to do if something is wrong with your ticket.

Returns and Exchanges

Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for another date or event. The exceptions are a cancelled, postponed or substantially changed event.

Cancelled Event

If the organizer cancels the event, we will let you know by email and refund the ticket price to the card you paid with within 30 days of the cancellation. You do not need to ask for the refund.

Postponed Event

If the event moves to another date, your ticket stays valid and you do not need to do anything. If the new date does not suit you, you can request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.

Substantial Programme Change

If the programme changes substantially, for example the headliner does not perform, you can request a refund within 14 days of the announcement. Minor changes to the programme or running order do not entitle you to a refund.

Fees

Service and transaction fees, if charged at purchase, are non-refundable.

Ticket Complaints

If your ticket did not arrive, will not open, cannot be read or contains incorrect details, first check My tickets and your spam folder. If it is not there, write to us. We will handle your complaint without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.

How to Request a Refund or File a Complaint

Email tboom@ticketboom.cz from the address you used for the purchase. Include your order number, the event name and date, and the reason for your request. We will confirm receipt by email.

Tickets from External Sellers

If you bought your ticket from an external partner we referred you to, refunds and complaints follow that partner’s terms. Please contact them directly.
